Rigby Jones has the largest plate processing capability in NSW and we are experts in processing custom machinery components to the correct tolerance and specifications. We have extensive tooling capability that allows us to achieve highly complex steel bending, folding and cutting.
Our capability includes world-leading laser cutting equipment. Our newest model the Trumpf TruLaser 3060 uses fibre technology to cut incredibly fast. Ideal for thin sheets, it guarantees the highest edge quality.
Our plasma system with an integrated drill head is ideal for precision cutting and processing extra-thick materials. The dual capability boosts throughput, delivering faster cutting speeds, repeatability and accuracy.
Custom tooling
Working with heavy grade steel requires a specialised capability.
We are able to deliver custom-made tooling for specialised section forming.
We have the capacity to press extra heavy sections, and our extensive onsite tooling library ensures increased throughput and efficiency, with the ability to drill and countersink quench and tempered steel, guaranteeing quality and integrity.
